Do you do lawn maintenance or weekly mowing?
No. Greene & Stone Outdoor is a design and build studio, so the work is construction and installation, not recurring lawn care. If a project includes new sod or planting, we install it and hand you care guidance, but we do not run a mowing route.
What is your minimum project size?
There is a project floor, and it is published on the pricing page rather than quoted over the phone. That floor keeps the team on designed, built work where the quality of the result shows, rather than small one-off calls.
Do you handle both design and construction, or just one?
Both. You hire one company that owns the design and the build from the first drawing to the final result, coordinating the licensed professionals who do the construction. That means no handoffs for you to manage and one point of accountability.
How much does a full outdoor living project cost?
It depends on scope, materials, and site conditions, so you get an itemized proposal after a site visit rather than a guess over the phone. The pricing page shows where a single feature starts and where a multi-element backyard build starts.
Do you build to handle hurricanes and the high water table?
Yes. We grade for drainage, use hurricane-rated installation methods, and engineer water features and hardscape for South Dade's water table, because work that ignores those conditions does not last here.
