Site Visit and Consultation
You walk the property with us and tell us how you want to use the space. We look at the soil, drainage, sun, and existing features, then talk through a realistic budget before anyone draws a line.

Design and Proposal
You get a design and a clear, itemized proposal for the whole project, not a vague range. Nothing is ordered or scheduled until you approve both the plan and the price.

Construction and Build
One team handles the work in the right sequence, coordinating the licensed crews who build it. You have a single point of contact for the entire project, so questions get answered the same day.

Walkthrough and Finish
You walk the finished space with us, and it is not done until you say it is. You leave with care guidance and a clear picture of how everything was built.
What we do not do
The Line Between Built Work and Upkeep
We handle the landscape construction and installation work that brings an outdoor plan together. That can include sod, planting, irrigation, grading, lighting, pavers, turf, fencing, or tree-related site prep when it is part of a larger project.
We do not focus on routine lawn maintenance, one-time mowing, or standalone tree removal. That focus protects the quality of every project we take on, and it means your investment goes into a finished, lasting result.

Do you focus on design-build, or also maintenance?
Design and build. We construct and install outdoor spaces and the elements that make them work. We do not offer recurring lawn maintenance, weekly mowing, or standalone tree removal.
Can one project combine several of these services?
Yes, and most do. A backyard build might pair a paver patio, lighting, planting, and irrigation, all designed together so they work as one finished space.
What is the smallest project you take?
There is a published project floor on the pricing page. It keeps the team focused on designed, built work rather than small one-off calls.
Which areas do you serve?

Do I have to pick a service before I call?
No. Most people describe the space and how they want to use it, and the service mix comes out of the site visit. Picking the wrong category first is a common way to end up with a plan that does not fit the lot.
