No. Plenty of people start with a rough idea and a photo saved from somewhere. The site visit is where the idea gets turned into something buildable on your lot and at a budget you are comfortable with.
Can we do this in Spanish?
Yes. The whole project runs in English or Spanish, from the first call through the final walkthrough, including the proposal and the schedule.
